Infrastructure is provided of an area of 1.420 m2 and is built in an 85%. Economic resources are missing for about $ 200.000 to complete the civil work, and is located in the Plan Habitacional Quitumbe in the del south of Quito in a urban-marginal sector, when it is completed it will provide cover for 20 beds and all medical specialties.
